Technation’s wage subsidy program, Career Ready, supports businesses providing a wage subsidy for a student work-term placement. Technation supports any tech-immersive roles, and you don’t need to be a tech company to promote tech skills development.

This program is a part of Government of Canada’s Student Work Placement Program (SWAPP), that is specific to the positions in the environmental sector and students in a STEM, arts, or business program.

The Level UP program (powered by Riipen) allows employers to bring on Canadian post-secondary students for 80-hour paid STEM projects.
