Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA): The ACOA works to create growth opportunities by supporting businesses in efforts to become more competitive, innovative, and productive. The ACOA offers four funding opportunities for businesses.

ECO Canada (ECO): Eco Canada offers a variety of talent-related funding programs. Wage subsidies are offered for newcomers to Canada, students, youth, stem, and climate-solutions related careers.

Industry, Energy, and Technology (IET): The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Industry Energy and Technology offers a variety of funding opportunities to support key local industries.
- Business Development Support Program: Assists SMEs to increase productivity and competitiveness. Funding is for improving operations, investing in people, and focusing on trade opportunities through productivity improvements, knowledge developments, market development, and/or professional technical advice.
